Selfless
The 2015 Kentucky Wildcats are arguably the most talented college teams ever assembled. As hard as it is to believe, they are also one of the most unselfish teams too. We all have heard the term, “there are not enough balls go around” when it comes to too many highly talented players on one team. But this group is different, they play for each other and they play as a team.
Calipari said, “I’m blessed to have a group of guys like this. They’re talented yet they’re selfless enough to do this. I’ve talked to guys who watch us who say, ‘I wouldn’t want to do this. I’d be out of rhythm. I want my 35 minutes.’ These guys have performed at a high level, cheering for each other, comfortable in their own skin.”
